TO TEST OUR VEHICLES, WE WOULD FILL THEM TO THE TOP OF THE FILLER TUBE WITH FUEL. AT A SERVICE STATION ON THE INTERSTATE ACCESS ROAD. THEN TRAVEL DOWN THE INTERSTATE WITH THE CRUISE SET AT 65. THIS SPEED KEPT US FROM HAVING TO SLOW DOWN FOR SLOWER VEHICLES OR HAVING TO CHANGE OUR SPEED IN ANY WAY. OUR TEST WAS AS CLOSE TO STEADY 65 HIGHWAY DRIVING AS WE COULD GET. RETURNING TO SAME GAS PUMP, FACING SAME DIRECTION IN ORDER TO KEEP TANK AT SAME ANGLE. WE FELT THIS WAS THE BEST WAY TO FILL TANK BACK TO THE SAME VOLUME.

If a person were to check their mileage by seeing how much they use at the end of every week or some similar method, there are to many variables involved. If it's a small car, just car pooling 4 people 2 days a week, and not having any passengers another week, can make a great difference in your mpg. Which is why we try to test our cars as close as possible to the same way every time.

We can't guarantee you will get an increase in miles per gallon. But every vehicle we have put MICROLON in has had an increase, some more than others. But the best thing is better performance and should be longer engine life.

 1994 6.5 litre diesel pusher motorhome had more felt power after MICROLON was installed. At 65 miles per hour it will get a hair over 10 mpg. Before MICROLON at 65 mph the motorhome got about 8.5 miles per gallon. MICROLON was installed at 67k vehicle now has 117k. Put MICROLON in generator
powered by propane. If you use it 30 hours, it will take almost exactly 30 gallons of propane to refill it,
before we got under an hour of use per gallon of propane.

 2000 ASTRO miles per gallon went from 17 to 20 after installing MICROLON. ASTRO had more power and sounded quieter after application. MICROLON installed at 122k, now has 157k.

 1993 RODEO, 2 wheel drive, went from 20 mpg at 65, to 24 mpg after MICROLON was installed in
 engine, transmission and rearend. Also sounded and ran smooter. MICROLON installed at 163k. We  sold this vehicle about 3 years ago, the new owner told me the other day it still has not had any mechanical trouble.

 2003 FORD F150 had an increase of 11% in miles per gallon. Not very noticable change in sound or performance since it only had 18k miles on it at time of MICROLON installation.Now has 74k.

 2004 SCION XB  (standard shift)  had a 10% increase in miles per gallon. Sound and performance had no noticable change since vehicle had only 6k miles on it at time of MICROLON installation.Now has 76k.

 1988 MITSUBISHI had the most dramatic results, I think because it was a standard shift 4 wheel drive. MICROLON was installed in differentials, transfer case, transmission and engine at 135k miles. It sounded better and showed nearly a 30% increase in mpg. That result was so much higher than the rest of our vehicles I'm a little confused, but I don't have another car like this to try it on, to see if we get the same results.

  2005 SCION XB ( automatic ) Installed MICROLON when car had 55k miles on it .Vehicle now has 77k miles on it. If you have driven your vehicle enough miles, so you are used to how it runs,you should be able to feel the difference in power. Mpg went from 30 to 35 miles per gallon on the highway.


1998 DODGE, 3/4 ton, turbo diesel, automatic,4x4 with 187k miles on it. Original test without MICROLON in truck got 20 miles per gallon at 65. With MICROLON in engine,transmission,both differentials and transfercase, got an increase to 22 mpg. I am still pleased with results, considering first test was done with tailgate off and second test had tailgate on.
